Founded more than 20 years ago by Mary Elizabeth Canon, Canon Interiors rebranded as Canon & Dean Design about four years ago when Hannah Dean joined forces with Canon to become co-lead designers. Their mission was to expand Canon's experience and continue to provide hands-on interior design with individuality in mind. "No two projects have the same exact vibe or look," Dean says. "We want your house to be a reflection of you," adds Canon.

Fortunately for the firm's clients, these award-winning designers are well-versed in all styles and types of design. Whether a client has a specific design aesthetic in mind or is searching for inspiration, both Canon and Dean collaborate closely with their clients, so the finished product reflects each client's personality and individual style. They provide personalized service and take on projects of all sizes ranging from a powder bath refresh to the complete design of a custom new build. "We want our clients to look forward to appointments with us," Dean says. "Clients love that we are authentic, down-to-earth, and don't build walls with formality. The design process should be fun and enjoyable, so that's what we are about."
